A rich but balanced malt profile leads the way—sweet toffee and light caramel from the Crystal malt layered over the nutty, bready backbone of Best Ale Malt.

The Chocolate malt adds depth without roastiness, providing a slightly dry edge. Hops bring a firm bitterness with flavours of hedgerow fruit, earthy spice, and a touch of dark berry.
